Personal Movement Journeys: 

Movement is everything! Everyday stressors and emotions cling and seep deep into bone and muscle tissue. These are EXHAUSTING on the body - unless you learn to uproot them. Following our sessions, I'll provide you with a unique playlist based on your chart and personal concerns and lead you through a 25 minute tutorial guiding you through simple movements to release mental/emotional blockages and reclaim stuck energy. Incorporates Qi Gong, tapping, EMF, dance, and chanting.
